Full details
The aim of this 3-day Land Fleet Management and Operations training is to address methods that will streamline the business processes by eliminating defects, one of which is to combine lean and applying it to logistics to have an extremely effective set of tools and techniques that can enhance performance in your organisation. We will also be looking closely into safety and human factors and mapping out fleet outsourcing programs.
This course will be delivered through a blend of online study, course books and experiential learning thought projects and case study. Participants will be expected to complete a work based assessment, which will then be submitted and assessed against the criteria for Yellow Belt certification with the necessary online coaching.
Join us now to equip yourself with these new knowledge and practices! By accurately measuring areas of operational performance complemented with Six Sigma methodologies, fleet managers are no doubt able to make informed decisions to drive their business forward aiming to maximise revenue while reducing operational cost.
