Brian P. Kelly, Secretary of the CalSTA agency, will present his "vision" for California's transportation sector at a seminar hosted by WTS-LA on 19 September.
Kelly was appointed to his position at the head of the recently-formed the California State Transportation Agency (CalSTA) by California's Governor Brown, following a recommendation by the Little Hoover Commission for a reorganization of state agencies.
Kelly served previously as Acting Secretary of the Business, Transportation and Housing Agency.

The Golden State and Transportation seminar will take place at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles.
